    Amber--No, monthly. That's what I give mom each month for water/sewer, gas, and electric. We pay the garbage bill separately from that, which is about $55 to $72 every two months. Utilities are pretty high here since there are monopolies.

    Terri--I just made a spreadsheet and adjust it monthly as needed. Usually it is not needed.
