Frustrated

I am so frustrated with DH's work. We still haven't received his W-2 form. Which, you know, means at this point they're breaking the law. I want to get the taxes done so we can get our refund back. I don't know what the hold up is. It's the only thing we are waiting on. They've been a day late in the past, but never this many days late. I hope it's not lost in the mail.

    They sent him an email copy today so he can at least get the taxes done. It wasn't in today's snail mail, either.

    I don't know if this is related to W2s, but my company let us know ours would be a little late due to a computing error (we did get them but were told to discard and wait for corrected ones). In the email they said, "please be advised that form 1095C reporting requirements were changed by the IRS from 1/31/16 to 3/31/16." Does that mean they have more time to submit info for W2s? I have no idea.
