I sent $225 to the January Money Fund today.

$2523.61 New JM Fund Total

$1476.39 to go to my $4000 goal.

I also sent $200 to start the Tire Fund Today. The goal for that is $1000.

You're doing great! I like the idea of separate funds, although I think you had a pretty hefty EF before you started your other funds, am I right?

Well, I've always had certain funds while doing the EF, like the College Fund and the Vacation Fund (which is empty). And I sometimes have temporary funds like the Christmas Fund, an Appliance Fund, or a Laptop Fund. Just whatever I am saving for at the time. But the JMF is new and I waited to start it until I got a big EF.
