Baked chicken
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Broccoli/cauliflower
Orange/banana/yogurt smoothie

Tuesday:
Chicken Tortellini with homemade ugly sauce
Garlic bread
Salad
Pineapple

Wednesday:
Beef pot roast
Mashed potatoes and gravy (leftovers)
Green Beans
Orange/banana/yogurt smoothie

Thursday:
Sloppy Hoppies on Kaiser rolls
Sweet potato fries
Coleslaw
Grapes

Friday:
Rabbit stew with carrots and potatoes
Fresh baked bread
Coleslaw
Strawberry/banana/yogurt smoothie

Saturday:
Homemade pizza with pepperoni, ham, onions, bell peppers, and fresh basil leaves
Pineapple

Sunday:
BBQ pulled pork on Kaiser rolls
Fried potatoes
Green Beans
Strawberry/banana/yogurt smoothie

    Okay...what is ugly sauce? It all sounds yummy. I sure like having our meals planned. It helps so much.

    Ugly sauce is spaghetti sauce that I made and canned with yellow tomatoes and green peppers from my garden. With all of the green herbs I added, plus the yellow base, the sauce turns an ugly olive drab/beige color. So it is very ugly, but it is sooooooooo good. These yellow tomatoes were the best tomatoes I have ever grown.

    Laura, they are for dinner. Because I am on antibiotics and I hate yogurt's texture, I am putting it in smoothies so I can tolerate it. I only eat high carbohydrate foods like fruit once a day at dinner time, so definitely not breakfast.
