If it seems like a lot of rabbit meat for dinner this week it is. We've butchered a total of 14 in the last 2 weeks and the freezer is full and I'm going to can some, but we're also eating a couple this week. We didn't have time to grind any before DH heads back to Alaska tonight or we'd be able to fit that around the rest in the freezer. Fortunately we all love rabbit as long as we can eat it several different ways and not all one way day after day.
